After the Khartoum War erupted on April 15, 2023, there has been a major change in the lives of the Sudanese, dispersed within the territory of the Sudan and neighboring countries. The city suddenly woke up to the sound of bullets and machine guns, and every person able to start his/her journey scrambled in the great escape from the madness of war and the beginning of a new journey in residence within the term of displacement.

"The recovery of the shock of the occupation of the civil space, under the clatter of the sounds of arms, required varying periods to come out of it, where the initial feelings were mixed with shock, denial and astonishment throughout the first weeks. But, the floods of people started flowing towards the estuary of new cities, new regions, and new countries. New vocabularies have entered the dictionaries of daily life in the process. Shelters multiply day by day, border crossings are overcrowded with people's trot, and the health initiators create means to live for all. The Sudanese people have been engaged in launching a new epic titled mutual support and ensuring relief for those in need, after human society was destroyed as before April 15, 2023. A new human society must rise from beneath this rubble."
