Musicians of the Upper Part of the Tunnel
Pieces of Literary Writings

To those who do not know them, these are the people of "clunk, clunk, clunk." That is how they present themselves to the world through the never-ending crackling with plain stones on the iron of the bridge. Neither the fall of Al-Bashir nor, the fall of Ibnouf nor the next government stopped them. Neither the hot sun nor the morning call for Morning Prayer nor the concert of the rapist Maw stopped them. They transcended their cause by embracing the world's causes requiring protest. Even the form of their protest seems to be a protest against the normal stereotypes of protest. Their own crackling is rebelling against musical rhythm and emerges as irregular and very disturbing clicks. They don't even know why they do it! They are rebels against knowledge and logic. Who told them to do it? Who is the first person to sit and crack? Nobody knows. It is the mysterious part of the revolutionary act; it is the unexpected, unstoppable and uncompromising pulse.
